PRIMEX is organized into two divisions, each directly supervised by a Senior Manager, namely: (i) Technical Services, and (ii) Operations. The Senior Managers report to the Senior Vice-President, who assists and supports the President/CEO in providing oversight for the Company’s day-to-day operations. Among its permanent staff and consulting associates are several professionals with expertise and extensive experience in the different aspects of project planning (including project appraisal) and project management. In addition, PRIMEX has some 2,000 international and domestic specialists registered in the Company’s database of individual consultants, whose services are available to the Company on short notice.
PRIMEX has 25 regular, full-time staff composed of senior executives, technical personnel, and administrative staff highly skilled in the rudiments of office administration and finance as well as in the provision of backstopping support to project teams. The latter includes general administration and finance as well as the production of reports, organization and management of workshops, conferences, and local-level consultations, and procurement of project equipment and supplies and materials.
