PRIMEX is organized into two divisions: Technical Services and Finance and Administration. Each division is headed by a Senior Manager who reports to the Senior Vice-President who, in turn, reports to the President/CEO. PRIMEX is staffed by highly qualified senior technical and management specialists and professional associates ably supported by skilled and trained administrative personnel. In addition, PRIMEX has access to some 2,000 international and domestic specialists registered in the Company’s database of individual consultants, whose services are available to the Company on short notice.
