Ms. Francisco is a competent young professional whose accounting and financial management skills, hard work and exemplary performance, and dedication and commitment have earned her the position of Manager in less than seven years with the Company.

Having been with PRIMEX since its inception, she has “grown on the job”, rising from the position of Accounting Clerk in 1989 to Executive Assistant in 1990 to Assistant Manager in 1992 and Manager for Finance and Administration in 1995. From June 1999 to March 2007, she provided administrative backstopping to consultant teams under the ADB- and JBIC-loan funded Fisheries Resource Management Project. And from July 2006 to March 2007, provided administrative support to ADB TA No. 4708-PHI, the Strategy for Sustainable Aquaculture Development for Poverty Reduction. She has been promoted to Senior Manager for Finance and Administration effective March 2007.

Prior to her job at PRIMEX, and immediately after graduation from college, she was with Inland Resources Development Corporation (IRDC), a private consulting firm, where she started as Clerk/Bookkeeper in September 1986 and was promoted to Senior Bookkeeper in March 1988.

Ms. Francisco graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting from the Philippine School of Business Administration in March 1986.
