The Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) has given Philipp’s Technical Consultants Corporation (PTCC) and its associate firms – PRIMEX and the Engineering and Development Corporation of the Philippines (EDCOP) – the Notice to Proceed with the conduct of a feasibility study for the upgrade of the Naga airport in Camarines Sur.
The three firms formed a joint venture to undertake the project, which will last for four months from March to July 2013. PRIMEX consultant, Ms. Teresita C. Ines, will serve as the Economics Specialist of the 13-person Consultant Team that will undertake the study.
